Residence Inn by Marriott Worcester

We stayed at this hotel for two months, and it left us with the warmest impressions. I especially want to thank the staff — Ron, Christine, and the whole front desk team. These are people who genuinely help: with any question, at any hour, always kind and welcoming. For someone who came from far away and doesn’t speak English, that kind of attitude means everything. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, always fresh, with plenty to choose from. The rooms are fully equipped for long stays: a proper kitchen, dishes, refrigerator, everything needed for laundry. Clean, comfortable, with every small detail thought through. In two months we never once felt like we were in a hotel — only at home. A special thank you for the cleanliness and for staff who always go out of their way to help. I recommend it wholeheartedly and will certainly return. Sincerely, Indira and Arlan

We live 90 minfro UMASS where my wife is getting outpatient care. We had to return to the hospital the next day for follow-up treatment and decided to stay overnight. Residence Inn is conveniently located near the hospital. We checked into our room and the TV did not work. I Contacted the front desk and they moved us to another room. It was fast and efficient. The rooms are immaculate, the staff is very friendly and they were accommodating to our needs. Marriott properties are among the two I always choose when traveling. The accomodations and service are almost always consistently high, this property is no exception.

Very nice. The hotel is being renovated. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and modern. The whole hotel smelled clean and fresh. No complaints

I booked a stay here six weeks ago, got confirmation emails and everything, and even got a follow-up email two weeks later, then two days before my reservation I called to ask a couple questions and they tell me that my reservation was cancelled by the property. If I hadn't called to ask questions, I would have just shown up at the hotel with no room to stay in. They did not give me any notice of any kind to let me know my reservations were cancelled. Now the hotel is sold out and I have nowhere to stay. I'll find a Hilton I guess? Update: the manager of the property called me to apologize for the error, and offered me some Marriott Bonvoy points for my trouble. That was a week ago and I never got the points she promised me.
